Hardware Procurement
Looking to upgrade your systems?
Servers, storage, networking and end-user devices, specified around what you actually need rather than what happens to be on offer this quarter.
Specified for the workload, not the brochure
Over-buying wastes budget and under-buying costs you again in eighteen months. Because we also run the infrastructure we sell, we size hardware against your real workloads — virtualisation host, file and application server, backup target or refreshed laptop fleet — and tell you honestly where the money is better spent elsewhere.
Delivered ready to use
We quote, order and track the delivery, then configure and stage the kit before it reaches you: firmware brought up to date, operating system and security tooling installed, devices enrolled and named to your standards. Warranty and support cover is registered at the point of purchase, so nothing is left unregistered.
Fewer variations, fewer problems
Buying whatever was cheapest each time leaves you supporting fifteen different laptop models with fifteen different driver sets and docking stations that only work with some of them. Standardising on a small number of specifications makes machines interchangeable, spares useful, and faults quicker to diagnose because the same problem has been seen before.
Warranty is a support decision, not a checkbox
The default warranty on most business hardware is a return-to-base arrangement measured in working days. That is fine for a spare laptop and a poor fit for the server your business runs on, where next-business-day on-site cover — or better — is the difference between an interruption and a serious outage. It's worth deciding that deliberately per machine rather than accepting whatever came in the box, and the cover has to be bought up front.
Buy for the whole life, not the invoice
A cheaper machine that needs replacing in three years instead of five, or a server sized so tightly that it needs upgrading within eighteen months, costs more overall than the one that looked expensive. Because we also support the equipment afterwards, we have no incentive to sell you something that becomes a support problem — that lands back with us.
Planning a refresh or building out a new site? Send us the requirement and we'll come back with a specification and a quote.
