Typically: moving servers or mailboxes into the cloud, refreshing ageing hardware, setting up or restructuring a Microsoft 365 tenant, putting a proper backup regime in place, or building out the network for a new site. If you have an existing team, we're happy to work alongside them rather than around them.
Scoped before it starts
Every project begins with a conversation about what you're actually trying to achieve, because the stated requirement and the underlying problem aren't always the same thing. We agree the scope and the deliverables in writing before any work begins, and you get the documentation at handover — so the next person to touch the system isn't starting from nothing.
