Migration without the disruption
Moving from an on-premises Exchange server, Google Workspace or another provider is the part most businesses dread. We plan the cutover around your working week, migrate mail, calendars and files with their history intact, and stay on hand through the first days on the new tenant.
Secured beyond the default settings
A new tenant is not a secure tenant. We enforce multi-factor authentication, apply Entra ID conditional access policies so sign-ins from unexpected places are challenged, configure Defender for Office 365 against phishing, and can manage company devices through Intune.
Getting SharePoint and Teams right the first time
The technical migration is rarely what goes wrong. What goes wrong is structure: a Team created for every conversation, files scattered between OneDrive, SharePoint and someone's desktop, and permissions nobody can explain six months later. It is far easier to agree where things live and who can see them at the point of migration than to untangle it afterwards, so that conversation is part of the work rather than an afterthought.
Licensing that matches how you work
Microsoft's plans vary considerably in what they include, and businesses routinely pay for the same capability twice or buy an expensive plan for staff who need very little of it. Shop-floor and field staff who mainly need email and Teams don't need the same licence as the finance team. Getting the mix right is usually worth more than any discount on the wrong plan.
The gap people find out about too late
Microsoft operates a shared responsibility model: they guarantee the service is available, you remain responsible for the data in it. Deleted items and retention policies are not backups — they expire, they can be turned off, and an attacker with an admin account can clear them. If a mailbox is emptied maliciously or a SharePoint library is encrypted, recovery depends on there being a copy outside the tenant.
Microsoft protects the platform, but your data inside it stays your responsibility, and the built-in retention is shorter than most people assume. Our cloud backup service covers that gap.
